auto insurance
Alex24 asked:

I recently bought a car and I have no idea what auto insurance is good and has great deals. Can anyone help me? Keep in mind I’m on a budget. Does anyone know what is a good company for me?

Check out insurance brokers in your area. They have access to multiple companies and can find cheap coverage for you.

If your car is more than five years old, collision insurance isn’t the best deal. If you get it, go for a high deductible.

Be sure to get uninsured motorists coverage.

The premium you pay will be determined by several factors, including your age and where you live (in most states).

There are essentially two important factors when evaluating insurance companies: 1) cost of premiums, and 2) customer service, particularly when you’ve submitted a claim. Some companies are good at #1 and not good at #2. Some are good at #2 but not good at #1. Some are good at both, some are not good at either.

Comsumer Reports magazine (consumerreports.org) has done a survey on insurance companies that you may find useful.
