John asked:

My auto insurance premium seems to keep increasing. I drive a 2001 Nissan Altima and I’m paying over $250 a month. I have no accidents or speeding tickets on my record. My friend has a 2007 Pontiac G5 and he is paying $170. We use the same insurance company. This makes no sense to me. What seems to be happening?
I might also add that I live in Massachusetts and because we like to set ourselves apart from the rest of the nation, the state, rather than the insurance companies regulate the rates.

My car is getting repaired, so I borrowed my friend’s car and I ended up getting into an accident. She never told me that she does not have auto insurance on that car. What will the penalties be for me and her? Please Help! Thanks!

I am leaving the USA for 3 months so I was wondering if it would be possible to cancel my auto insurance for these months and not pay the monthly premium. I will not be driving the car for these months.
I am insured with Geico.

Thanks.

We live in NJ. Recently I recieved a 4 pt ticket in South Brunswick (67 in 55 zone). My wife already has two tickets in the last 18 months. A 2 pointer and a no point citation for unsafe operation of vehicle. How will my auto insurance effected? Since this makes 3 offenses in last 3 years, are we in danger zone?

I live in Idaho. I have not yet payed off the auto loan so I’m required to have full coverage insurance. According to some people I am paying too much (about 700 for 6 months), as they are paying far less. I have geico, but from time to time I look around and get quotes, and it is always slightly higher than what I have now. However, that might be because I am opting for coverage I might not need.

So the question boils down to, what is the bare minimum requirements for “full coverage” auto insurance in Idaho?

Are the fuel suppliers libel in your state and mine? Auto insurance agents are being vague when asked this question,
If so, auto insurance sales amount to un lawful soliciting and an un necessary purchase. Whats your state say? In Texas some fuel suppliers insure every customer, where do you buy your gas and does the consumer know? If its a law and we must carry proof of insurance, is a gasoline receipt proof enough? Thank you to all the fuel suppliers in Texas that do have insurance for all their Customers.

Do or do not, there is no try. asked:

It’s for a homework assignment.
I have Googled it, Yahoo’d it, been to every company’s web site I can think of. Anyone have any ideas?
I just need a sample auto insurance contract.
LOL!
Thanks so much, but I am 44 and my father is 79. We are both insured by the same company and that won’t get it in this case.
Thanks for taking the time to help though. :-)
